I followed Dr. Sunil Deed for many years, and I trusted him & thought of buying supplements from his website. I live in Europe, so I use their UK website to order the products. To start with the whole issue, the price went quite high with the exchange rate, and then when it came to the country where I live in Europe, there was an additional €16 at customs. At this point the price was way too high for these three items, so I decided to return them. I received the email from customs that the products were returned. But I didn’t get any communication about the refund. I called the UK number, but didn’t work at all. I tried to look up for customer service in the U.S., but none found. The only method to contact through was by a contact form, but after filling out that, it didn’t go either; I hit, “Send” many times, but it didn’t work. I finally contacted my credit card company & disputed the charge. I have all the emails to prove this transaction & the return email from the custom. There should be better customer service. I’m extremely disappointed with this company.
